About this app

DocSentry is your private document storage – and the special thing about it: the contents of your documents never leave your device. No cloud requirement, no advertising, no tracking, no user account.

Scan or import invoices, contracts, insurance policies, receipts, fuel receipts, payslips, and ID cards. DocSentry recognizes text and important data directly on your device and stores everything encrypted.

🔒 PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• All documents are encrypted with AES-256 and stored exclusively locally on your device.

• Recognition and analysis (text, amounts, deadlines, numbers) run on the device – your document contents are not transmitted to us or third parties.

• No account, no registration, no advertising, no advertising IDs.

• Unlock via PIN/password, optional fingerprint.

• Transparent: Text recognition uses Google ML Kit on the device (may send anonymous diagnostic data to Google); for intelligent search, a language model is loaded once (only via Wi-Fi, only the model file – no documents). You start online audits on your own.

• Recognizes retailer, total, VAT, and purchase date on receipts

• Fuel receipts with liters, price per liter, and fuel type
• Long receipts can be scanned in multiple sections
