INVOICING
Create invoices and email them as PDFs. Issue credit and debit notes, record payments and let React Box remind late-paying customers. Numbering stays continuous across devices.

PURCHASES AND DOCUMENTS READ FOR YOU
Scan a supplier invoice: React Box reads it, pre-fills the purchase and files it in the vault. Bank statements and cash receipts are read the same way. You check, you confirm. Suppliers can also email documents straight to your organization's drop-off address.

VAULT
Folders, tags, period archives, trash and share links: every document is filed, easy to find and shared with your accounting firm on your terms. The scanner detects edges and combines several pages into a single PDF.
