About this app

Sofravi for Restaurants lets restaurants and cafes manage their reservations, tables and guests in one place. It is built for the team at the host stand: fast, calm, and dependable on the busiest night.

The app stays in live sync with the Sofravi web dashboard. Every change made in the dashboard shows up on your phone at once, and every change on your phone shows up in the dashboard.

TODAY
• Your shift at a glance: expected covers, occupied tables, occupancy by the hour.

FLOOR PLAN
• Your sections and tables, laid out the way your room is.
• See instantly which tables are free, reserved or occupied.
• Seat a guest with one tap; move them to another table or free it up.

RESERVATIONS
• The day's bookings as a list or on a timeline.
• Take a new reservation in seconds and pick the right table.
• Confirmed, seated, completed, no-show, cancelled: update the status with one tap.
• Notes, tags and special requests always at hand.
• For bookings held with a card, capture the charge or release the hold.

WAITLIST
• Add walk-in guests to the queue.
• Let them know when their table is ready.

GUESTS
• Guest profiles, visit history and contact preferences.
• Quick search by name or phone, accents and special characters included.
• Recognise your regulars and make every visit personal.

WORKS WHEN THE INTERNET DOESN'T
• If the connection drops, the app keeps working. Changes are kept on the device and synchronised automatically when the connection returns.
• If the same reservation is changed in two places, the app shows you what happened and asks which one is right; no change is ever lost silently.

SECURE
• Fast unlock with Face ID or a fingerprint. Biometric checks happen entirely on your device.
• Everyone on your team signs in with their own account and their own permissions.
