About this app

LORVIS – Knowledge when it counts.

LORVIS is the operational support tool for fire departments, rescue services, disaster relief organizations, and aid agencies. Site information, maps, hazardous materials data, and incident documentation are all combined in one app – on tablets in vehicles, on mobile phones, and on desktop computers at headquarters. And it works even without a network connection.

EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK
Everything important is on the device: the map of your own district and neighboring districts, including address search, sites with plans and contact information, hazardous materials data, and rescue data sheets. Any information you enter while in a dead zone will be transferred later completely and in the correct order. A readiness indicator at the station shows whether the map, data, and storage are actually ready.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN THE APP

• Map: Offline map with custom points, switchable layers, and address integration with navigation

• Objects and Contacts: Key locations with fire service plans, route maps, contact persons, and key holders

• Firefighting Water: Hydrants, suction points, and cisterns with nominal diameter and yield

• Hazardous Materials: UN number, hazard labels, class in plain text, and initial response measures

• Rescue Data Sheets: Catalog by manufacturer and model

• Incidents: Progress, personnel, operational sectors, and situation report, even in areas with poor cell service coverage

• Whiteboard: Situation diagram with tactical symbols according to DV 102

• Vehicles and Equipment: Status and location, including equipment load

• Patients: Triage category and destination in mass casualty incidents, pre-registration at the hospital

• Checklists, incident commander wiki, and water supply system for the incident site

ADDITIONAL MODULES: Respiratory protection monitoring according to FwDV 7, incident documentation for rescue and medical services, drone deployment, and warning announcements can be added as needed.

TRANSFER ALARMS
Alarms from your existing system are transferred. The device notifies you of the new incident and shows why your unit was alerted.

ONE SITUATION FOR ALL
Whoever manages a situation, manages it completely: Fire department, ambulance service, and aid organizations work on the same incident. Information can be selectively shared with neighboring organizations. Health data is only visible to devices with explicit permission.

FOR EVERY INCIDENT LOCATION
The same application with the same data, configured for each device: large buttons in the vehicle that can be operated even with gloves, a situation dashboard on the desktop, and a thumb bar on the mobile phone. Maintenance and administration are handled via the web portal; you define which modules a device displays.

DATA IN GERMANY
The incident data is stored on our own infrastructure in Frankfurt am Main and does not leave the EU. Each organization only sees its own data, and you can export your data at any time.

ACCESS
To use the system, you need an account for your organization, which is created in the administration portal. At lorvis.de, you can test LORVIS for 30 days with full functionality, without providing any payment information.

• LORVIS läuft jetzt als eigene App mit eigenem Speicher, unabhängig von Chrome. Einsatzdaten und Offline-Karten bleiben zuverlässig erhalten.
• Alarm-Benachrichtigungen kommen direkt über die App an, mit eigenem Alarmkanal.
• Standort, Kamera, Dateiauswahl, Download, Teilen und Drucken funktionieren direkt in der App.
• Die Einsatzansicht fühlt sich mehr wie eine App an: weicher Seitenwechsel, keine ungewollte Textmarkierung.
