Pack the next order with a clearer plan.

BoxLoop helps small sellers use the boxes they already have. Save each box’s usable inside size, available quantity, condition, shelf location and optional photo. Add its outer dimensions, empty weight and material cost when you want shipping estimates.

AI SCAN PRINTED BOX DETAILS
In the Android app, take a photo of measurements printed on a box or choose an image. On-device text recognition suggests length, width, height and possible empty-box weight. Review every number and choose whether a printed size is inside or outside before adding it. AI Scan reads text; it does not measure an unmarked box from a photo.

REVIEW THE DOCUMENT FIRST
For a single printed label or order sheet, BoxLoop suggests a crop. Adjust its corners or rotate the image before the text is read. A clear, straight photo still matters; this does not correct perspective distortion.

SCAN A WHOLE STACK
Select up to 20 box-label photos, then review and save each box separately. Scan a printed order sheet to suggest an order reference, item names, quantities and labelled dimensions in an editable form. Crop customer details out of order photos. Nothing is added to the queue until you check and save it.

PLAN A WHOLE ORDER
Save a product's measurements, weight, protection and upright preference once, then add it to a new order in a tap. Add up to 12 rectangular pieces to an order. BoxLoop looks for a non-overlapping placement in an available box. A found placement shows where each piece goes; if no placement is found, the result is not a guarantee that none exists. Quick Fit remains available for checking one item with orientation, spare space and a visual diagram.

COMPARE THE COST YOU KNOW
Save your own shipping service rates, including base charge, per-started-kilogram cost, volumetric divisor and maximum billable weight. Compare the estimated delivery price plus packaging cost across eligible boxes. BoxLoop does not fetch live carrier quotes; taxes, surcharges and carrier restrictions must be checked separately.
Among confirmed fits, BoxLoop highlights the lowest configured estimate, least unused inside space and most available stock, so you can see why a box is suggested.

MOVE ORDERS THROUGH PACKING
Create orders by hand or import a CSV queue. A BoxLoop QR label can help you find a box’s shelf location. Before packing, check contents, cushioning, box condition, closure, weight and carrier rules. Mark the order packed to reduce stock by one; use History to undo a mistake and reopen it. History shows actual box uses, low stock and recorded estimate snapshots, not a claimed financial saving.

LOCAL AND PRACTICAL
Switch between centimetres and inches. Export or import a local JSON backup, and delete local data in Settings. There is no BoxLoop account, advertising, BoxLoop analytics service or automatic cloud sync. Google ML Kit collects technical usage and diagnostic data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The app checks rectangular geometry and calculates estimates from your inputs. It cannot certify box strength, cushioning, closure, carrier acceptance or a final shipping charge. Inspect the physical pack before sending.
