About this app

This is a shift schedule creation app for businesses with 3 to 30 employees, such as restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, and small clinics. You can create shift schedules on your smartphone, replacing paper or Excel spreadsheets.

■ Easy Creation
- Simply tap to enter shifts into a table with staff listed vertically and dates horizontally.
- You can freely create shifts such as early and late shifts, and the time is displayed in the table's cells.
- You can change the time for a single day, or include a break (e.g., 10am-2pm and 5pm-9pm) in one cell.
- Breaks are automatically calculated according to Article 34 of the Labor Standards Act (45 minutes for shifts over 6 hours, 60 minutes for shifts over 8 hours).
- Supports closing dates (e.g., 15th of the month), regular holidays, and national holidays.
- You can set the required number of staff for each day of the week, and days with insufficient staff will be displayed in red.
- For days with insufficient staff, a list of available staff and reasons for not being available (other shift on the same day, requested leave, monthly limit, etc.) is displayed. You can enter staff directly with a tap.
- Supports shifts for 1-week and 2-week periods, as well as monthly schedules. You can register people who work the same shift every week, or those who can work specific times on different days of the week.
* By determining the required number of staff for each time slot, you can see when staffing shortages occur on the daily timeline.

■ Collect requests via LINE (Free)
* Simply send the link to the LINE group. Staff don't need an app or registration; they simply mark ○, △, or × for each day and send it. You can also print the QR code and post it in the break room.
* The collected requests are displayed in the table's cells.

■ Automatically Create Schedules (Pro)
* Automatically fills in empty slots while adhering to the required number of staff, staff requests, monthly and weekly day/hour limits, consecutive work limits, and weekly days off (fixed days off). You can easily revert to the original schedule.

■ Share with Staff & Request Shift Changes
* Share the completed shift schedule via LINE. Staff don't need an app to check their shifts and changes, and can add them to their smartphone calendars. They can request shift changes on days they can't work. Once approved by the manager, it will be reflected in the shift schedule.

■ Urgent Recruitment, Reminders, and Leave Requests (Free)
- On days when you're short-staffed, "Find a Replacement." A list of available staff and their reasons for not being available will appear, allowing you to select someone and send an urgent request. Selecting someone who answers "Available" will add them to the shift schedule. Pro users will automatically assign replacements on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You can send personalized reminder messages via LINE to staff who haven't yet submitted their availability. Replies received via LINE, such as "5th ○ 6th ×," can be easily pasted into the schedule.
- Staff can apply for paid leave and time off without needing the app. Once approved by the manager, it will be reflected in the shift schedule.

■ Roles, Under 18, International Students, and Work Intervals
The system automatically creates schedules such as "at least one kitchen staff member on the early shift," avoiding late-night shifts for those under 18 and early shifts following late shifts. International students will be notified if they exceed 28 hours per week (8 hours per day during long breaks).

■ Paid Leave Management
The system calculates the number of paid leave days granted and remaining days according to labor laws, based on the start date and weekly working days. Days taken as paid leave are marked "Yes" on the table, and if you enter the hours of paid leave, it will be included in labor costs.

■ Time Clock & Attendance (Pro)
Staff clock in and out using their smartphones or store tablets by entering their name and a 4-digit PIN. No app is required. The store manager can check actual working hours, night shifts, overtime, insufficient breaks, and missed clock-ins, and estimates pay based on hourly wages. Corrections are recorded with reasons and can be exported as a CSV file. A photo is taken when clocking in, and the terminal used for clocking in is also recorded, making it possible to distinguish between clock-ins by different people.

■ Data Never Loses
- Changes are automatically saved to the cloud. You can open the same data even after changing devices or reinstalling the app.
- You can revert to the most recent 60 entries of store settings and shift schedules.

■ Together on iPhone and Android
- By simply entering an 8-character code, you can open and edit the same table on another device. It's fine for the store manager to use an iPhone and the assistant manager to use an Android device.
- You can invite members with different permissions: the assistant manager can edit, while others can only view.

■ Aggregation, Labor Costs, and Annual Income Limits
- Work days, working hours, and labor costs (hourly wage x actual hours + transportation expenses) for each staff member.
- Daily and role-based labor costs, and labor cost ratio based on projected sales.
- Night shift premium (25% increase from 10 PM to 5 AM), hourly wage increases for weekends and holidays, and sales per labor hour are also included.
- Entering a monthly labor cost budget will automatically create a budget within that budget.
- Selecting an "annual income limit" (e.g., 1.3 million yen) for each staff member will display this year's shifts and annual projections. We will notify you if we are about to exceed the limit.

・Free: Up to 1 store and 8 staff members. Unlimited creation and export of tables, collection of requests via LINE, and cloud saving.
・Issho Shift Pro: ¥480/month or ¥3,800/year (tax included). Unlimited number of staff and stores, and automatic creation and time clocking (attendance) are available. The monthly plan is free for first-time users.
・You can cancel anytime from "Subscriptions" on Google Play. Unless you cancel, it will automatically renew for the same period and price, and you can continue to use it until the end of the paid period even after cancellation.
