Ratings and reviews

I had to either watch an ad or pay just to use a single effect. I watched the ad, but the server timed out and wouldn't process the effect. I tried again, but had to watch an ad again. It took so long to get from starting the app to failing an effect that it's worthless. Update for the devs: my problem isn't with the ads, it's with the fact that the app doesn't remember I already watched an ad and makes me watch one again after it failed. Save your sob story and just fix the app. Understand me.

BAD. Mediocre, adpacked begging for 5 ⭐ review & pay before OPENING IT. These days, many new apps with short reviews are fake. It's just out of control. choose by "new", instead of "relevant" to get human reviews. Apps that resort to these heavy front loading tricks, are revealing they've little to offer, by choice, functionality, performance, and delivery. If it was great, I'd subscribe anyway.

Newbie here, & I believe this app may have what I'm looking for. Hopefully I can find App Support, to correct the confusion regarding why I'm not able for a free trail. Hopefully, app developer will reach out to me. Once corrections are cleared I will receive a trail period to fully test out my interest with all features. I believe this apps may be a keeper! Pls customer service help me. Thank you
