About this app

WorkNode lets you invoice as a private individual, without your own company. You do the work – we handle invoicing, payroll, taxes and employer contributions. No bookkeeping and no VAT declaration.

With the app, you have everything in your pocket:

• Create and send invoices
Add invoice lines with hours or unit prices, choose currency (SEK, EUR, USD, GBP, NOK, DKK) and payment terms. Save as a draft and send when you're done. You'll immediately see what the invoice will bring in in salary.

• Expenses and receipts
Take a photo of the receipt or select a file and add the expense to the invoice or as tax-free compensation.

• Customers
Add and edit customers. You can quickly find companies via corporate ID.

• Payroll and disbursements
Track unpaid and paid invoices, see your available net salary and your salary disbursements. Choose whether you want to get paid immediately when the customer has paid or once a month.

• BankID
Verify with BankID and enter your bank details directly in the app.

• Settings
Tax rate, pension provision, contact details and bank details – the same as on the web.

Here's how it works:
1. Create an account and verify yourself with BankID.
2. Fill in the customer and what you are going to invoice. We review the documentation and send the invoice.
3. Once the customer has paid, we handle tax and employer contributions and pay your salary.
