Hallå – Easy Phone for Seniors

Low-Stack Technologies

About this app

Hallå is a simple, easy-to-use phone app designed to make calling clearer and more comfortable for seniors.

Everything is built around large text, large buttons, simple navigation, and the features you actually need. Hallå replaces the standard phone dialer with a cleaner interface that is easier to understand and operate.

With Hallå you can:
- Call your favorite contacts with a single tap
- Dial numbers using a large, easy-to-read keypad
- Browse and search your contacts
- Quickly return recent and missed calls
- Answer or decline incoming calls using large, clearly separated buttons
- Easily access mute, speaker, keypad, and other important controls during a call
- Block unwanted phone numbers
- Navigate between Favorites, Recents, Contacts, and Dialpad with a simple interface

Hallå is designed to reduce unnecessary complexity while keeping the familiar features of a normal phone app.

Whether you are looking for a simpler phone experience yourself or helping a parent, grandparent, or relative use their Android phone more comfortably, Hallå makes everyday calling easier.

What’s new

• Caller ID: businesses that aren't in your contacts are now named — while it rings, during the call, when you call out, and in Recents.
• Warnings about numbers other people have reported, and a question after the call so you can flag a nuisance.
• Get your own number off the list by confirming it over SMS.
• The call notification now looks like a real call and stays at the top.
• Tap the app icon during a call to go back to it.
