Cant atk enemy ,have sent email to Dev but nothing come back ,2-3 update and not fix this bug

Its very nice game. But after killing all bosses and reach lv 17, left side of the base its gate lv17. It looks like teleport round but nothing happen when you stand on it. What I gonna do next??? I will give 5 star if you do explaination? Its been few months and still no any update..
