I have been flying PAL for over 45 years. The app automatically closes your check-in stating that they cannot modify changes or find the booking even if the initial log-in indicates otherwise. This happened for more than 4 flights already. This app has caused alot of problems for families who are supposed to seat together, especially those who have PWD or seniors. This is utterly unacceptable!

PAL lost my luggage during my business flight to the Philippines. They found and return a week after but they did not compensate they delay especially when I received my luggage not in good condition, it was broken! After several attempts contacting them, they did not bother to communicate.

forms need to include middle name and suffix. those are missing on the forms but the counter are very strict to it. they will require you an id without suffix if you have and if you dont you need to pay an extra 1000 pesos for name correction.
