Booked a flight and made a mistake. 5 minutes after booking I am told I cannot change the flight or get a refund. They refused to help and basically told me "too bad, not our problem". I travel full-time, the first time I've had this kind of service and will never use them again. Edit after response..... yes I received your email, it said the same thing. Told me too bad you can't rebook or cancel 5 minutes after I booked and realized it was a mistake. Now I have double tickets for this trip.

False advertisement hardly any domestic/USA flights like it said, tons of international flights but I will never need those and to select language (for ENGLISH) the app ONLY allows you to select UK "English" with the UK flag next to the word ENGLISH but since I was made to select that it doesn't allow me to pick USA time or certain USA language. I'm uninstalling it. also giving false advertised info on flight cost/app is way higher in flights pricing.LIES,LIES,LIES.DON'T download

I’ve had a terrible experience with this agency; their service is awful. I paid an extra fee to correct my father’s birthdate, but now at check-in, I found out my parents have different flight times. This is despite their app and the email they sent me showing the same flight time for both. It’s a massive hassle. On top of that, I can't access my father's itinerary, and when I reached out to customer service, nothing happened. They just said the itinerary was in their email. Such a headache!
