I have won 10 prizes in the last month and haven't spent a dime. With free tickets daily, free TP campaigns, and free shipping every 7 days? You really can't complain. I live in the U.S. and my first prize arrived less than 2 weeks after it shipped! Highly recommend watching Youtube technique videos. UPDATE: Fix your App. The recent October update 1.25.3 is causing constant every 2-3 minute disconnects from the server. BIG problem if you are in the middle of gameplay. As it sits? Unplayable.

Don't waste your money. There are better claw machine apps. You can't win. Winning is purely luck, skill gets you nowhere because the claws don't operate how you tell them to. Also, they don't let you pick up prizes anymore. You have to push or pull them off a platform and the claw will barely touch the item and shift it a microscopic amount. Sometimes when you get a prize to the very edge you will suddenly get a notification that it's under maintenance and when it comes back the prize is reset.

I really like this game however it does take a long time to earn free TP. It helps to wait and watch others play for the prize u want. That way it's closer to falling. Once they run out of turns u can jump in and start playing. It took me a while but I finally WON!! And I've never paid to play. Got a mini drone! :) UPDATE: Its been a couple yrs and i won once more! It took only one try. Got an electric frying pan! Im hoping to someday win a telescope once its available again. I LOVE Toreba!!
