A dictionary app should be standard on anyone's phone and this is a particularly great one! Since my last review in 2018, the app has gotten clunky with the "word of the day" updates. I no longer get the daily notifications that I set up and, sometimes, the in-app update does not show the word of the current day but is frozen in the past. This needs to be fixed!

Word of the Day fails to load every other day. Each day I receive the notification at 8am for the word of the day, including the word in the notification. However when I open the notification the app loads a blank page. If I reload the page or the app the same thing happens, with no access to any of the previous words of the day. This problem has persisted for weeks if not months. Some days there are no issues and the page fully loads, showing all the previous words of the day. Very annoying.

The problem started when I upgraded to Pro version back in 2021, the offline stopped working even when I tried to download it, it didnt finish downloading. I was unable to use the Pro features even though on the app it is confirming that I have purchased them. I sent feedback in 2021 regarding the issues and I have since been trying by unistalling and reinstalling the app hoping it will be fixed nothing is changing until now.

Sorry to hear about this. Can you share a bit more about what is going on? Details about what "problem" you experience? On our end, our app team continues to make improvements to the app, so please do continue to keep your app updated to the newest version as they come out; new versions contain fixes, improvements, &, sometimes, new features
