i love the game although item purchases with diamonds are too expensive. would have been a 5 star for mme if the items where cheaper and if the was a way to get vip without having to buy it. every time i log into the game i have only a certain amount of time before the game goes out by itself which is really frustrating. please fix this

Twice I paid for content and did not receive it. Game is very repetitive and not very fun. Less fun when you spend real money and not get anything in return. Do not recommend. P.s. I did complain to the devs and waited 10 business days before I decided they ignored me. Not the best app.

I'm a VIP 7 player and already play this game for 2 years. Then I purchased again free to choose package 2 times and deluxe monthly supply 1 time. It failed, but you still charge my credit card and I didn't receive the items. I already contact the customer service many times but nobody answer. It's time to stop playing this game. You should fix your purchase and customer service problem. Thank you.
