Ratings and reviews

All items arrived extremely quickly at Argentina (I ordered a Friday and DHL knocked my door the following Monday). The app works well and it's easy to use, and I like that it lets you customize which notifications you want to receive and actually respects that choice. The only downside is that in Argentina you can't order more than 3 products on a single order, which is an extremely restrictive implementation of our customs laws (which allow a max. of 3 **identical** products)

In general, the service is good. However, considering Dubai’s extreme heat, supplements should be shipped in temperature-controlled conditions. This does not always seem to happen. 2 times I received capsules where the powder had turned into a hard substance, likely due to heat. Getting a replacement was difficult, with repeated requests for more photos. they refunded one and regretted the second one. As a regular customer, I believe damaged shipments should be handled more easily.

In the past year I have had some ridiculously annoying experiences. Shipping a few months supply of a certain vitamin (comes in one box) which was couple of weeks to expiration date and extremely stale .When I asked for a refund saying they were stale, they asked me to send a picture that proves it was stale. last reorder vitamin B12 . I always go into previous orders and click "buy again", no room for mistakes. Iherb shipped a totally different 1 bc they were out of what I ordered. SHAME on you
