this app is TORTURE. my class uses this as a requirement for standardized tests, and most people agree that the diagnostic arena is incredibly annoying, including myself. most of my friends have a very high level in at least one of their subjects. Because we do not understand the curriculum of that said high level just yet, we get those questions incorrect, including myself. so when I do the diagnostic, I will usually get a quick question incorrectly and then lose over 100 points of my original

this app has no obvious links in the parent section to check progress, diagnostics, analysis, or levels. it has a list of skills with no indicators, and is super not user friendly. the website itself is only slightly better, but does not seem to be supported properly in all browsers, and still doesn't have a well designed space for parents to view the skills being worked on, with percentages, progress graphs, and suggestions to guide and interpret the child's efforts. I will cancel.

I hate this app. Every time you get s question wrong, it doesn't really explain it well enough and keeps deducting so much points. It's honestly so annoying and I hate the awards like they're not even good. It takes AGES to do ONE thing, because of all the SmartScore deducting. I hate that parents and teachers legitimately think this is a good app, but it's not. The developers never even improve the app and never even listen to all the complaints. Overall, hate this, never install. HORRIBLE APP!
