I would love to support SCMP and give more stars. As a long term subscriber, I am annoyed to have to see ads while browsing the app. Please design an ad-free tier of subscription!

This used to be a really good app. All the news items were clearly ordered one after the other according to different categories. You could page down and pen the itens you were interested in. Now it is very confusing, large headlines obscuring other articles, then you page down, and articles you've just read keep reappearing. It gives the impression it has been designed by a monkey. I wish I could go back to the previous version. It says so much better.

Riddled with advertisements that behave like landmines.. You frequently get diverted to online merchants without touching the links. Makes reading any articles really annoying
