My experience with this app has been very disappointing, mainly because of the excessive notifications. I constantly receive notifications saying that prices have dropped, but when I open the app, I can’t find any actual price reduction.Even worse, when I add a product to my cart, the price changes. This is extremely frustrating and makes the pricing feel misleading. I definitely won’t be purchasing from them again, and I’ll be deleting the app. Very disappointing experience.

I wish I could comment without giving any stars. One small order takes ages to arrive. The things I ordered after whatever I ordered on Trendyol literally takes ages. Other than that, the authorized brands on this app blatantly give misinformation about the products, specifically the ingredients of them. And sometimes the ingredients aren't even LISTED. It can't be found anywhere. Every other app I used showed the ingredients.

I placed my order 7 days ago and have not received it yet. Every time I contact customer support, the AI agent provides the same repetitive responses. I raised a support ticket, but the estimated resolution time is listed as 10 days, which is unacceptable given my situation. I am travelling in a couple of days and need to know the exact delivery status immediately.
