Ratings and reviews

I'm actually surprised by all the bad reviews. I'm on the app daily checking in on open accounts or making early payments. I've used it for at least 3 years now and haven't had really any issues with loading, logging in, or efficiency. I just think it needs a much needed update that allow users to schedule payments ahead and pay custom amounts. All other similar apps has those functions already.

We were desperately trying to get new tires. I went through every step. Put in the amount and it gave me 4 options. I was IMMEDIATELY declined for 3 of them. But the 4th one approved. Added my bank, got the money, set the appointment for the tires, agreed to the terms & then last second, declined. I get an email explaining & that's fine but why let it go that far? They all declined on the spot why let one go all the way to the end before declining it? So thanks for the false hope. It was great.

This is based on the app and not Klarna as a whole. The app is extremely slow and constantly says something went wrong and won't load what is trying to be viewed. This is happening on Android, in my case, specifically on Samsung phones like S25 ultra and Z Fold 6. I'm not sure what needs to be done but an update with a fix to these issues is needed sooner than later.
