love this game, it is fun and very repayable, I've been using it since 2019, that's when I purchased the bitizenship. it included all current and future job packs and expansions, it worked fine through two or three phones, but now it won't restore my purchases. I tried customer support, they said that it'll restore if I'm on the same account I made the purchases on, but it didn't work right. all it did was remove ads and give access to a few basic things, not the everything it's supposed to.

The game it self is good but the number of ads is appalling, ads after every five years or so would be fine. But ads almost every year and ads sometimes even in the middle of mini games that make it unplayable. I wish I was able to give this five stars, but the number of ads must change before I can do that. Yes this game is free but I can't stress this enough ads being played almost every minute is quite outrageous.

Used to be fun, but now it's just another shameless cash grab. I bought a Bitizenship (The premium version of the game) awhile ago, and it was a fantastic one time purchase. Now, they make you pay (even as a bitizen) to do basically anything. Most careers, choices and opportunities for a unique game are now locked behind a pay wall. It's not a cheap on either. To unlock everything you are going to be paying well over $100, and with how it's going your just going to have to pay more later.
