Changed detection model to yolo26,
Got rid of old tf dependencies and switched to interpreter now for both detection and classification,
Switched to litert which allowed to enable back x86 builds because it doesn't have 16kb page issue
Switched to fp16 for detection which improved the performance with no quality impact
Improved card tracking pipeline
Lowered the minimum size of the card for classification
Updated sliding menu with new param and made all params working
