Webtrack for Drivers is an application for order delivering drivers to view and manage delivery orders as they are dispatched from restaurants and stores in a real-time fashion.
Download the Webtrack Driver app and sign in using the credentials provided by the restaurant/store.
The app offers the following advantages and features:
• Clients can rest assured their orders are on their way
• Clients can communicate with the drivers during delivery and follow up with them live
• Clients can rate the driver’s delivery experience
• A special tool to allow clients to track their orders live.
• Drivers can see the list of orders to deliver when dispatched from the restaurant/shop.
• Drivers can see Clients’ delivery address, directions, and order remarks.
• Drivers will have the feature to get the fastest route and estimated time to reach client’s address
• Drivers can allocate and pin clients places upon delivery
• Drivers can see their cash-out and commission generated from their daily work
• Restaurant/Shop can message and alert drivers though the app
