A tractor is an engineered vehicle specifically designed to deliver high traction effort (or torque) at slow speeds, for the purposes of towing a trailer or machinery such as those used in agriculture, mining or construction. Most commonly, the term is used to describe an agricultural vehicle that provides the power and traction to mechanize agricultural tasks, particularly plowing (and plowing), but nowadays has a large variety of tasks.
