This app provides automated service reports for the registered instrument service specific for Labsolutions Instruments & Consultancy and customer companies.

There are 4 types of users

Admin : Creates, update customers, engineers, instruments and tracks all the call details from registration to resolution. Ability to download weekly and monthly reports.

Workadmin : Assign registered call to engineers and tracks all the call details from registration to resolution

Customer : Registers call by selecting service type for an instrument and tracks all the call details specific to customer from registration to resolution

Engineer: Performs various actions for the call registered and tracks all the call details specific to engineer from registration to resolution.

Once Engineer resolves the call service report will be sent to a customer via email.
