PaneLab is a powerful community management tool designed to help individuals and organisations to efficiently manage their communities. With PaneLab, users can streamline their community management tasks and improve their ability to engage with and grow their community. PaneLab features include the ability to contact and invite people for studies, organise logistics, keep track of ethics and informed consents signatures as well as a history of participated studies.
PaneLab offers three user roles: Owner, Manager, and Member. The Owner is responsible for the specific organisation and all the procedures that the organisation performs in the panel management tool. A Manager is assigned by the owner and can invite people or assign new managers. A Member is a stakeholder of the organisation that participates in projects, events and studies.
Each member has a unique QR code card. They can access their past and future events, RSVP and receive notifications. Through the application a manager can access their events and scan the unique QR code as well as access and set the RSVP status.
