Tinkerpath is a small, quiet app with 24 starter projects in drawing, paper craft and photography. Each one is written to be done in a single sitting, with a real materials list, clear steps, and a tick box beside every one of them.

PICK SOMETHING SMALL
Filter the library by hobby, by roughly how long it takes, and by how much practice it needs. Every project shows you its full instructions before you save anything - the materials, every step, and what you will have at the end. Nothing is hidden behind a sign-up.

WORK THROUGH IT AT YOUR OWN PACE
Save a project and it becomes yours. Tick off the materials as you gather them, work down the steps, write notes about what went well, and attach photos of your progress. Everything saves the moment you change it, so you can put your phone down mid-step and come back to exactly where you were.

PAUSE, FINISH, DO IT AGAIN
Pause anything you are not working on and it keeps every tick. Finish a project and you can make a completion card to keep, or clear the ticks and do the whole thing again - your notes and photos stay.

WRITE YOUR OWN
Build a project from scratch with your own materials and steps, reorder them, and export the checklist as a PDF just like a bundled one.

WHAT IS IN THE LIBRARY
Drawing: blind contour, value scales and shading a sphere, still life construction, gesture sketching, negative space, one-point perspective, texture studies, and the grid method for portraits.
Paper craft: the jumping frog, the masu box, paper weaving, an accordion photo card, layered paper flowers, a hand-sewn pamphlet notebook, the traditional origami crane, and a pop-up step card.
Photography: window-light studies, a rule-of-thirds walk, ten angles on one subject, golden-hour object portraits, leading lines, shallow depth of field, black-and-white texture sets, and telling a story with two objects.

NO ACCOUNT. NO ADS. NO INTERNET.
Tinkerpath has no sign-in, no advertising, no subscription and no analytics. It does not request the internet permission at all, so the whole app works on a plane, on a train, or on a phone with no SIM. Your projects, notes and photos stay in the app's private storage on your device.

KEEP WHAT YOU MAKE
Export a printable A4 checklist as a PDF, with or without your private notes. Make a completion card when you finish something. Save a backup of everything to a file you choose, and restore it on a new phone - restoring shows you exactly what will be added or replaced before anything changes, and never deletes a project that is not in the backup.

BUILT TO BE READABLE
Light and dark themes, full support for large system font sizes, screen-reader labels throughout, 48 dp touch targets, and reordering by buttons rather than dragging. Nothing in the app depends on colour alone.

A NOTE ON THE ESTIMATES
The times and difficulty levels are our estimates for someone doing a project for the first time, and the app labels them that way. Take longer if you want. Nothing here is timed, scored, or streaked.
