I-Strive facilitates the process of managing training requests. A Raiser (the individual initiating the request) can create and submit a training request for approval. Once submitted, the Raiser can monitor the status of the request to see whether it has been approved or rejected. Additionally, the Raiser has the ability to cancel the request at any point before it is approved.
On the other hand, an Approver (typically a manager or designated authority) reviews the submitted training requests. If needed, the Approver can make edits or modifications to the request details before making a decision. The Approver then has the option to either approve the request—allowing the training to proceed—or reject it, providing appropriate reasoning.
