A professional offline-first application designed for manufacturing and production teams to manage incoming raw material inspections with accuracy and efficiency.

This system replaces traditional paper-based inspection methods with a fully digital workflow that ensures consistency, traceability, and faster decision-making on the production floor. Each incoming batch can be recorded with essential details such as material information, batch number, supplier name, inspector identity, quantity, and multiple quality parameters.

The application automatically evaluates quality based on key measurable metrics, generating a calculated score on a 0–100 scale and assigning a corresponding grade. Based on these results, each inspection is categorized into clear decision statuses such as approved, on hold, or rejected, allowing teams to make immediate and data-driven decisions during receiving.

A centralized dashboard provides a real-time overview of all inspection activity, including total entries, average quality score, pass rate, and active defect alerts. Users can easily filter and review records based on status for better control and visibility.

The entry system is designed for speed and accuracy, guiding users through a structured multi-step form with instant score calculation feedback while data is being entered. Supplier performance tracking enables teams to evaluate vendors based on historical inspection results, highlighting consistency and quality trends over time.

A dedicated defect management section allows tracking of material issues with severity levels and status updates, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution. Reporting tools provide time-based analysis of quality performance, helping management identify trends across different periods such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly views.

Advanced insights offer visual analytics through charts and comparisons, including score trends, grade distribution, supplier performance, and inspector effectiveness. This helps organizations continuously improve their procurement and quality control processes.

All data is stored locally on the device using a lightweight database solution, ensuring full offline functionality without dependency on internet connectivity or external servers. This makes the system highly reliable for factory floors, warehouses, and remote environments.
