learning and engagement platform developed for the African Democratic Congress (ADC)
by Digital Oxygen Hub Limited. It is designed to advance political education, leadership
development, and citizenship awareness through accessible, high-quality digital courses
and interactive learning experiences.
Unlike a typical mobile app, DIPODEMY is a full digital ecosystem that comprises:
• A web application for instructors and administrators to upload, manage, and monitor
course content; and
• A mobile application for learners and the general public to access free and paid
courses conveniently on Android and iOS devices.
The platform combines education, technology, and civic participation to prepare politically
conscious citizens and leaders capable of driving Nigeria’s democratic and institutional
growth.
Purpose of DIPODEMY
The purpose of DIPODEMY is to build a digitally informed citizenry by making political
education more accessible, practical, and interactive. It seeks to bridge the gap between
