Forest Nepal is a comprehensive digital forestry application designed to support sustainable forest management, field-based data collection, and community forestry operations in Nepal.
The app enables forest officials, technicians, and community forest users to carry out essential forestry tasks digitally, reducing paperwork and improving accuracy in the field. Core features include mother tree selection, GPS-based forest mapping, and structured field inventory forms for recording forest data directly from the field.
Forest Nepal supports boundary mapping, plot-based inventory, and location-tagged data collection, making it suitable for forest management planning, monitoring, and reporting. All collected data can be securely stored and synchronized for future reference and analysis.
In addition to core forestry functions, the app provides several free reference tools to support learning and decision-making.
