Major Bug Fixes:
- Fixed adding commander decks

New Features:
- You can now "release" a deck to a meta. If a deck has games in only one meta, you can release it to that meta. That means that it will become a managed opponent deck.
- You can now archive/unarchive managed opponent decks

Minor Improvements:
- Allow 100 decks in rankings
- Improved search when adding a game and when adding a user to a meta
- Partner commanders are optional
