You have instant access to full trip itinerary, airline check-in, rail e-Tickets and enhanced travel intelligence such as National Rail Updates, so you are informed whether on a short train ride or complex international journey.
Travel Managers and Bookers can interact with trips they have arranged for other people, as well as using Go2Mobile for their own trips.
New Feature Overview :
Revamped User Interface: Go2Mobile has been given a fresh new look in line with Go2Book and useful info is now immediately available. For example, once you log in, the home screen now shows headline info on your upcoming trips.
We’ve also added in access to Go2Book mobile friendly booking portal, e-Tickets and Boarding Passes (stored securely in Wallet) and the Clarity Covid-19 Resource Centre.
Rail Trips with enhanced e-Ticket access: Avoiding unnecessary contact is important for Covid-safe travel and rail e-Tickets are the smartest way to go.
As well as accessing your rail e-Ticket within your trip screen, you now have direct access to your phone wallet from your app home screen, saving you time when you need to scan the e-Ticket QR code at the station.
Enhanced Notifications: Now you don’t just receive a notification for a travel update, (or risk alert if your company uses Go2TrackPro), all notifications are now nicely stored and accessible within your trip.
Registered users can quickly set up streamlined sign in with Android Biometric Authentication. This means future login takes no time and utilises your own secure phone credentials rather than Go2Mobile username and password.
Travel Manager/Booker Functionality: For our clients who arrange travel on behalf of others, you can access and interact with the trips you arranged in the ‘For Others’ screen.
Even further, you can generate a ‘memo’ message which sends a notification and attaches to the trip in your travellers’ app. A great way to gently prompt a traveller about their trip.
Covid-19 Advice: Clarity are constantly updating advice and resources in our Covid-19 Business Travel Resource Centre. We’ve integrated this and other important resources via the app home screen, so you can easily find useful info, such as discounted testing providers and the CIBT Covid-19 restrictions tool.
