MyWater Pvt Ltd Technician Application
MyWater Technician Application is a service/maintenance management app that will be used by MyWater technicians to keep track of their day to day tasks. The application is fully integrated with the MyWater CRM and will enable users to
- view latest work orders assigned to them.
- edit active work orders and take them to completion.
- maintain a history of completed work orders.
- carry out survey, installation, servicing, rectification and decommissioning.
The app requires an active internet connection to be able to communicate with servers to keep user information current. The app also uses the phone's location services to capture the user's current location as part of some of the work order flows.
