Fire sprinkler design is very much dependent on local authority and codes. However, its underlying design principles are the same internationally. This sprinkler app contains some common design tools as follows:
1) QKP formula - the K-factor formula in K=Q/(P)^0.5 is used to calculate the discharge flow rate from a nozzle or flow outlet.
