RAMSR:O is the companion App for the 'Original' Rhythm and Movement for Self Regulation Program.

RAMSR was developed by a team of early childhood experts from the Queensland University of Technology. The RAMSR App is available for use for those who have completed the RAMSR training program. To register for in-person or online training see www.ramsr.net

RAMSR (Rhythm and Movement for Self-Regulation) is a program for young children that aims to support their attentional and emotional regulation skills, as well as mental flexibility, inhibition, and working memory (the executive functions).

It is based on a number of neurological areas of research including neurologic music therapy, the cognitive benefits of music education, and self-regulation development.
