You teach. We'll keep the books.

Present+ is the attendance and fee tracker for teachers who bill by the class — private music teachers, tutors, yoga, dance and sports coaches, anyone teaching one-on-one or small groups.

No studio software. No spreadsheet. Just your phone, after the class.

YOUR WEEK ON ONE SCREEN
Every class on its day. Open the app, see who's next, mark attendance. Missed a day? Home asks you, up to a week back. Move a class, skip a week, or stop it, right from the card. Open any class to see its next lesson and recent ones, or log an extra lesson that isn't on the timetable.

WHO SHOWED UP
Tap each student present or absent, done in seconds. Add a note if you need one. Every class is saved with the date, so attendance history is never a guess.

WHO OWES YOU
Set the fee once and Present+ tracks what each student owes as classes happen. Open any student to see classes attended, what's unbilled, what's owed and what's paid.

BILL AND GET PAID
Turn a student's unbilled classes into an invoice, add a discount or an extra charge if you need one, and share it. Record payments as cash, card, UPI or bank transfer. Invoices number themselves and classes lock once billed, so nothing gets charged twice.

EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
- Unlimited classes, students, attendance and invoices
- One form for any class: students, the days it runs, the fee
- Student profiles with phone, email and notes
- Attendance rate per student and per class
- What your classes came to for any day, week, month or year — billed or not — and what you received
- Works in your currency, detected automatically

Your first two lessons are free to mark. After that, Present+ is a subscription: $3.99/month or $24.99/year with a 14-day free trial on the annual plan — less than the price of one class, for the year. Cancel anytime.

Built for the teacher running their own studio, not for a school. If you teach piano, guitar, voice, maths, yoga, dance, tennis or anything else, Present+ keeps your attendance and your fees straight so you can get back to teaching.

নতুন কি আছে

Money shows what your classes came to for any period — day, week, month, year or any dates — billed or not, split into paid, billed and unbilled, with what you received in that period. Tap the card for the breakdown by class and by student. Also fixed: the student picker no longer sits under the status bar, and the Classes list updates as soon as you log an extra lesson.
