Horae is an always-on clock whose digits are not drawn but composed. Every stroke is made of living specimens, arranged the way a naturalist would pin them. Leave it on a desk, or plug it in beside the bed and let it stay lit all night.

• Flower Clock — a faithful rendering of Linnaeus's Horologium Florae of 1751: twelve hour-flowers ringing a dial inscribed with their Latin names, a sunflower at the centre, and a firefly that keeps the seconds
