TracPrac™ (“Tracking Practice”) is a mobile healthcare clinical evaluation management solution. This digital solution is an education-centered app that automates the traditional paper methods of collecting clinical performance and evaluation records of practical experience in lab, simulation centers, and hospitals/patient care facilities. Students can log clinical experiences in the TracPrac™ app and verify check-in for attendance, record clinical activities, and track skills progress data related to specific program competencies. Students also have the option to review evaluator’s feedback in real-time, chat with Instructors, upload professional certification cards/compliance documents into the Clinical Wallet, and practice SBARR eForm communication for clinical assignments. Evaluators, Preceptors, and Clinical instructors/Coordinators/Mentors can save valuable time monitoring, evaluating, and providing feedback to guide student progress “on-demand” within the mobile app or via password-protected website.
