2Way Admin is a side product of the 2Way app. This app is intended for the client administrator and the moderators. The app allows the admin/moderator to handle submitted reports from users without having to log into the web-based backend.
When a report is received, the admin/moderator can assign a status, engage in a chat with the user, add a note to the report or forward it to other moderators or responsible parties.
