This app makes calculation of ROI (Return Of Investments) in Dubai Real Estate. You need to enter purchase price, sales price, commissions, DLD and other fees and the app calculates the ROI in percentage and in absolute values.
The app also allows to add extra costs (if needed) in percentages of purchase price or sales price and in absolute values.
"Save" button writes all entered values into internal memory and with new start of app these values are used for calculation.
"Reset" button sets all values to default values (initial values at first start of the app).
Other functions will be available later - copy calculations, sending by WhatsApp, calculations for multi projects, conversion to different currencies AED, USD, RUB, KZT.

1. Added "Copy" button
Now you can copy your calculations as text and paste it (in messenger for example).
If cost is equal to "0" it is not copied.
2. Entry fields for extra expensed and fees instead of predefined text names.
Now you can change name for specific extra expense in your calculation and save it.
3. "Total investments" value has been re-calculated.
Now "Total investments" doesn't include commission and extra expense from Resale. Instead they are deducted from Resale value
