This app is designated for a user-friendly and accessible electronic learning platform allowing students to understand the organizations and functions of human cranial nerves created by augmented reality (AR). The highlight of the facial recognition features in this app is unique and innovative when compared with other human anatomy educational electronic learning tools available in the Play Store. We aim to deliver the key information on human cranial nerves to any students from nursing, pharmacy, biomedical sciences or biomedical engineering undergraduate programs by launching this proposed project equipped with AR technology. The privilege of AR technology on human anatomy education is to transform the traditional text descriptions and diagrams into a series of colorful, spatial 3D models of human cranial nerves presenting to the users. Users can freely rotate and study each nerve structures from different angles in order to construct a better concept of the spatial information. A short paragraph will also be popped out to describe the names and key functions of each cranial nerves.
