Combining quality ingredients and a whole lotta love and care, our aim is to give you a daily dose of healthy, unprocessed, simple, yet delicious foods that you don’t have to feel bad about craving!

You can now find Bowl and Arrow stores in Orakei Bay Village and Westfield Newmarket, and Commercial Bay for your daily fix.

We are primarily a breakfast option, and can work with you to create a menu which suits everyone!
