The DDD Learner Improvement Interventions Tracker is the official mobile companion to the Data Driven Districts (DDD) Programme. It enables authorised education officials across South Africa to log, track, and reflect on their work supporting learner improvement at school and circuit level.

WHO IT'S FOR

This Tracker is designed for pre-registered DDD Programme officials including:
- Provincial managers and coordinators
- Circuit managers
- Chief and Deputy Chief Education Specialists
- Senior Education Specialists and Subject Advisors
- Other officials engaged in learner improvement work

Access is restricted to pre-registered users. Officials who do not have access should contact the DDD Interventions Manager at [e-mail].

WHAT YOU CAN DO

RECORD INTERVENTIONS
Quickly log school visits, learner improvement workshops, intervention activities, and support engagements. Capture the context, what data informed your decision, what you did, and what should follow.

CAPTURE EVIDENCE
Attach supporting documents and photos to your records. Use voice transcription to dictate descriptions hands-free. GPS location is captured at submission to provide evidence of where the intervention was logged.

TRACK PROGRESS
A personal dashboard shows your activities, follow-ups due, support needs raised, and trends over time. Filter by term, district, circuit, or school.

COLLABORATE WITH COLLEAGUES
Tag colleagues in support needs to bring them into the conversation. Comment on shared records. Re-assign tasks when needed.

GROUNDED IN DDD DATA
Every intervention is linked to the DDD data, reports, and tools that informed it — strengthening data-driven decision-making across the programme.

WORK OFFLINE
Form drafts save automatically. Submissions queue when you're offline and sync when connectivity returns. No work is lost.

INSTANT PDF AUDIT
Every submission generates a branded PDF audit report, automatically emailed to you for your records.

INTERVENTIONS TOOLKIT
Access intervention ideas, peer activity reports, and reference materials directly from the app.

The Tracker is designed for programmatic information only. Officials should not enter personal information about learners or educators into free-text fields.
