iKeep Housekeeping is a companion app for Xenia Property Management System’s Front Office Module by Servo IT Solutions.

The following guest statuses can be viewed within the app:
• In-house guests
• Due-out guests
• Stay-over guests
• Arrival guests

The following room statuses can be viewed within the app:
• Occupied dirty
• Occupied clean
• Vacant ready
• Vacant dirty
• For inspection
• Out of order
• Out of service

Aside from getting real-time updates on guest and room statuses, it also allows room attendants to:
• Create and resolve traces
• Create Service Requests*
• Monitor minibar consumptions
• Read and create guest remarks
