It's mostly aimed at kids learning the clock but can also be useful for language students.
ClockTrainer has several levels with increasing difficulty and also helps you out after a few wrong answers.
The hands of the clock are moved with an intuitive touch and drag interface, and are always synchronized to show an actual time.
