Reef Lab is a logbook built for reef tanks — not a freshwater app with a saltwater mode bolted on.

Talk to it instead of typing. Ask it instead of searching. Every reading, every dose and every euro that goes into the tank ends up in one place: with charts, totals and an AI that knows your system.

VOICE — SAY IT, IT'S LOGGED
Tap the mic and talk. Reef Lab works out what you mean and files it where it belongs:
• "KH is 8.2" — reading logged
• "Salifert calcium, read 6.7 millilitres" — titration reading converted and saved
• "Dosed 5 ml of NoPox extra today" — one-off dose on the right pump head
• "Head 2 from 4 up to 5 ml" — new daily amount, change kept in the history
• "Paused the All-for-Reef" — head paused
• "Changed 40 litres of water" — water change logged
• "Cleaned the skimmer" — matched to your saved routine
• "How much salt do I need for 10 litres?" — handed over to the AI chat
When something stays unclear it asks instead of guessing, and every entry can be undone right away.

AI THAT KNOWS YOUR TANK
• Chat with context: volume, latest readings, livestock, dosing and equipment come along. You get millilitres per day and a safe multi-day plan, not "keep an eye on it".
• Tank report: an assessment of the whole system — what is going well, what to watch, what is a real risk, and whether parameters, livestock, light and flow actually fit together. Share it straight out of the app.
• Receipt scan: photograph the receipt from the store and the line items land in your inventory with price, shop, currency and date — cross-checked against the receipt total.

PARAMETERS, CHARTS & TRENDS
KH, calcium, magnesium, nitrate, phosphate, pH and salinity. Salifert users enter the syringe reading — the app does the conversion.
• Charts per parameter over 1M, 3M, 1Y or all of it, with min, average, max and latest
• All parameters normalised into one chart to see what moves together
• Traffic-light rating — optimal, marginal, critical — per entry and at a glance on the tank screen
• Zone reference with the target corridor for every parameter

DOSING
Pump heads with product, element and daily amount. Pause, resume, dose by hand, change the daily rate — every change stays in the history, so you can see when you changed what and how the values answered.

CARE & WATER CHANGES
Water changes, cleaning, equipment service, filter media, products used, observations. Templates turn recurring jobs into one tap.

INVENTORY & WHAT THE TANK REALLY COSTS
Fish, corals, inverts, equipment, salt, food, test kits and media — with price, shop, date and currency.
• Total cost always on screen: filter the list and the total follows
• Filter by category, subcategory, tank, shop and status; sort by name, amount or date
• Live counts for fish, corals and inverts — and losses
• Several currencies with exchange rates, converted into your display currency

DIARY, CALENDAR, NOTES & CALCULATORS
Photo diary per coral or animal, a monthly calendar of everything that happened, notes and to-dos. Calculators for salt mix, salinity, parameter correction and daily consumption — the result goes straight to the pump.
