- GENERAL: Atmit X-Gate Portal is an Application for managing the Commercial process with your Third Parties (Clients/Suppliers). The Portal uses your phone’s Internet connection (WI-FI or EDGE/2G/3G/4G Connection, as available). With a simple click of a button, requests and reports are fully shared directly with Third parties, keeping them up to date on the progress and stages of the commercial process.
- REQUESTS: Online access to our always available Helpdesk team for all your requests and needs.
- REPORTS: Real-time access to a LIVE feed of all Commercial requests related to one or more of your properties. Our log reports will give you the right information at the right time.
- CALENDAR: Enter and your Calendar Dashboard will give you a quick snapshot of all pending requests and any scheduled upcoming commercial information.
- ACCOUNTING SERVICES: Real-time access to all your Accounting needs such as Statement of Accounts for each property, Outstanding Dues, and Billing History.
- SURVEY FEATURES: Personalized Satisfaction Surveys for you to rate our services and send your highly valued feedback straight to our Quality Control teams, in line with our Company’s strategy for continual improvement.
