The allinvos Order app allows private and brand hotels, residences, top restaurants and catering/food service establishments to place their orders now even more user friendly on their smartphone.

This app is the optimal extension to handle the order processes in your company even when you are away from your desk. Order as usual from your suppliers and keep an eye on your open purchase orders. You need a compatible device with appropriate settings for country or region, the app must be activated for your company, and you have to be a registered allinvos Order user to benefit from this app.
allinvos Order app features:
• automatic synchronization of the allinvos Order app with your allinvos Order web application
• personal dashboard: purchasing behaviour, reports, evaluations
• approval workflow for the release of planned purchase orders
• consideration of the agreed, individual price agreements
• overview of all placed orders
• conversion of pending orders into goods receipts
• inventory function

allinvos (all invoices solutions) specialises in digital online invoice and creditor management for the hotel industry. The company offers its web-based, multi-client solutions throughout Europe. The objective of allinvos is to optimise all aspects of invoice processing through digitalisation, speed up processing time, increase transparency and improve payment targets. allinvos was established in 2008 and is certified in accordance with IDW PS 880 (2016-2017) with a computing centre management certified in accordance with ISO 27001 and inspected by the TÜV (German Association for Technical Inspection).
