Bharat Water Innovation Network (BharatWIN) is the official mobile application developed by the National Institute of Hydrology (NIH), Roorkee, for the Bharat WIN initiative of the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD & GR), Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India.
